This business plan Highlights JuiceShopisa a new juice shop that is to be based in Taif
City in Saudi Arabia. The restaurant will spe
cialize in serving fresh and organic juices in the
western area of the country in Taif City. The entity is modeled following the success of similar
businesses around the world and especially in Europe and America. To capture the target market,
the entity aims at attractively pricing its products and emphasizing on the nutritional value of the
products to the customers. The vision of the juice shop is to be the market leader in providing
fresh and organic juices in Taif city. The objective is to establish the brand through the
marketing and promotion of fresh as well as organic juice to the entire populace of the city.
To be able to come up with the idea, a SWOT analysis will be done in order to identify
the internal and external factors that are critical to the success of the business. Among the
external factors at play include competition, marketing, location labor, seasonal sales, tourism
and social trends. Internal factors that affect the business include employee satisfaction, reliance
on tourism, adoption of new concepts, seasonal sales, healthiness and nutritional value. In the
formulation of the business strategies, the above factors will be incorporated into a SWOT
matrix.
The strategies formulated will be ranked according to their net present value. Having in

country. Due to competition in the industry especially from substitutes, this pricing strategy will
ensure that demand for the products increase. Marketing of the products will be through poster,
word of mouth, websites, radio events and free samples.
The target population for the product is three hundred thousand people in the city centre
and other commercial places around the city that include shopping malls, business parks and
