The concerned e-learning activity provided ample chances for learning more about the
formulation and effective implementation of a strategy that has the potential to bring about
organizational developments and success. What can be definitely learned from the e-learning
activity is that; there is a great difference between strategy and goals (Kryscynski, 2015). Often,
in the organizational context, leaders use the term strategy as a substitute to goal and vice versa.
But this must not be considered a good thought process to promote. If goal is the destination then
