Task Description
This week you should submit a Gantt chart based on your selected case study and utilising the WBS from the week 4 assignment. The Gantt chart should show the project milestones, including the relationship between the Gantt chart activities and the milestones.Either MS word or excel can be used to prepare the Gantt chart, please do not use MS Project during this course.Note that the 1 page limit restricts the number of activities that could be included; this should not be a 5 line Gantt chart, but it also shouldn't go over multiple pages with hundreds of tasks. The advice and process from the tutorial (where you will do a similar exercise) will help you greatly in completing this assignment.
Particular attention should be paid to:
- Logical and smart sequencing between activities
- Milestones and their relationship to activities
- Use of the WBS from week 3
- Presentation and readability
To give you a head start with the formatting in MS word, you could use the table inthis file
Actionshere to help, but that file is only a starting point. You will need to critically review the columns provided in that file and decide for yourself it is shows adequate information.
