When we talk about the process that involves conducting of international sales, credit and commercial transactions, the following documents become part of such transactions namely; commercial documents, banking documents and transportation or insurance documents. These have been discussed in the next slide.

Commercial documents-
· Request for quotation by letter, mail or telephone call
· Quotation relates to price for which supply and purchase of goods takes place
· Pro forma invoice is a more formal document and different from commercial invoice.
· Standard terms and conditions of sales are involved
· Purchase order used for placing order
· Order acceptance and confirmation
· Sales Contract
· Commercial invoice that provides information about terms and conditions present in a sales transaction (Commercial Transaction Documents, 2017)

Banking documents involved in such a process include the activity of paying and getting paid be it cash or money. Cash is involved in such transactions. The process of international transaction is thus incomplete without presence of banking documents.
