1. Identifying or prospecting a project to be implemented with supporting project rationale and justifications.
2. Presenting the project scope and final deliverables for the project.
3. Assessing the Project options, risks, viability and benefits
4. Defining the products or deliverables upon the completion of the said project.
5. Estimating time and cost needed for completing the full project.
6. Provide Project funding required in order to complete the project.
7. Assessing the HR requirements when putting together the Project team.
8. Include a Project progress, control mechanisms and reporting framework
9. Analyze task dependencies to identify project’s critical path and project
schedule.
10. Provisions for Project closure.
