Introduction
The perception of viewing United States as the bowl of opportunities is grabbing controversial views in the modern American politics. Since the announcement of Trump during his presidential campaign about taking actions against the immigrants in nation till now, an ongoing debate is taking place among the political scholars about the acceptance or rejection of refugees or immigrants in America (Myra et al, 2016). The political differences in ideologies of republicans and democrats also lead to this controversy to surge from nowhere to the mainstream American politics. It is one of the most recognized and well debated issues in American political societies that whether or not, immigrants should be granted permission to study, work and live in various states of America. The opinions of the two major parties as well as of general public are analyzed to highlight the key factors of this issue in this argumentative approach.
The Overview of the Issue
At first, it is important to take an overview of the issue in the light of the factors dominating the American politics as well. The predecessors of Trump—the believers and followers of Democratic philosophy—like Obama liberalized the concept of immigration by providing subsidies to the immigration process for those who wanted to move into America. The foreign policies, process of immigration, visa granting methods etc were made nominal in the first decade of 21st century (Democratic Party Platform, 2018). In fact, the relaxation provided by the Obama government in the immigration policies is somehow appreciated by the immigrants living in the nation or planning to migrate to various states of America (Democratic Party Platform, 2018). However, with the rise of the Trump to the presidency, a clear threat has been presented to the migrants-which actually became one of the winning moves of Trump in order to rise to the Presidency of United States (Democratic Party Platform, 2018).
The problem lies in the factual analysis of the immigrants appearing in nation, “there were 6.2 million foreign-born adults in the labor force in the U.S. (7.1 percent of that group) in 1980, their number grew to 10.3 million (10.1 percent) in 1990, to 15.6 million (14.4 percent) in 2000 and to 22.4 million (19.1 percent) in 2010.2 Given its magnitude, immigration to the U.S. is likely to have sizable effects on its economy and society, through several different channels. Immigrants may affect native workers’ opportunities in the labor market, as investigated by a large literature (see, for example the book by Borjas (2014) and the surveys by Blau and Kahn (2012) and Lewis and Peri (2014) as overviews of this literature)” (Myra et al, 2016). In the light of the above data, the rise of percentage in every decade shows that the workforces in United States are dominated by the migrants coming every year to the local markets. It has not only affected the native professionals to have their employment secured, but also it has posed burdens over the state governments to manage the needs and expectations of the migrated population with the help of limited available resources.

As per the perspective of the Democrats in the context of permitting immigration in United States, the landmark...
