a successful manner then it would require progressive, intuitive, and extremely proficient leaders
having the ability to introduce revolution in an industry. According to experts, in modern era we
might notice a steadily shift in the style of leadership and culture of health care organizations
towards “transformational” approach from “transactional” one. Transformational approach
