Describe
In an organisation, many emp
loyees have a significant contribution to the organisation's success. That is the reason why it is very important to focus on the different choices and demands of the individuals. In an organisation the higher authorities like the manager; leaders are considered as the people with the most control over the different activities and the individuals working for a certain place. If the employees are not satisfied with the different activities and behaviour of the other higher authority within the organisation then it can be harmful to the future of the organisation as well (McCormac et al. 2017). That is the reason why it is very important to put the focus on the individuals within the organisation. I am connected with a very big organisation like Hawaii and that is the reason why I have to handle the different individuals associated with the organisation very cautiously.
Interpret
Relating to the individuals within an organisation is very crucial and important within an organisation. That is the reason why as a representative of the huge organisation I have to deal with the various relationships between the employees and the organisation. The employees should feel very accepted within the organisation and that is the reason why it is very important to discuss the different problems of the organisation with them. Along with that, the organisation should also give them enough scopes for stating tier issues with the organisation or discussing their problems with the higher authorities. Thus, the employees can feel their importance within the organisation and it will increase the employee engagement more.
Evaluate
I am associated with this organisation as a part of the human resource management and that is the reason why it is my sole responsibility to focus on the different problems, issues faced by the other employees within the organisation. Without efficient employees, an organisation can't experience the needed success in the business field. I have decided to develop some strategies that will help the employees to connect with me and the whole human resource department more fluently. Thus, the organisation is also able to regain a very strong relationship between the establishments and their customers (O’Boyle, 2015). Through relating with the employees, they can be motivated and inspired so that they can provide more high-quality jobs. After all this observation I have decided on a very effective plan that will be equally good for both the employees and the organisation shortly.
Plan
As an employee of the human resource management department, I have planned to know more about the employees. Different strategies should be implemented so that the employees can feel comfortable in dealing with the complications and confusions within the organisation. The employees should not face any problems in discussing their conflicts and their issues with the higher authorities.
