This assignment is designed to develop learners’ ability to apply the key concepts of

strategic management to a selected local SME business in the service sector. Except

for the history of the company, all information used must be recent (not older than

2020).

Requirement

Conduct an external environmental diagnosis as well as an internal environmental

diagnosis of a local SME business in the service sector. Identify and analyse the critical

success factors, and the relevant problems and issues in the company that need to be

addressed.

Recommend strategies for the future growth and development of the company.
