1. Introduction:
This particular report has left a major focus on my personal and professional career as well as learning goals. While sharing my experiences I could remember my struggles and hardships in being a part of a workplace. In this study, I would like to reflect my personal journey and career goal as well as objectives along with evaluating my skills and competency level. Therefore, I would like to highlight numerous strengths and weakness that I have within me as a professional. After identifying my weaknesses I would focus on working on those areas so that I can easily overcome my drawbacks and become more professional and efficient in my career.

    I have presented my personal and professional reflection by following Gibbs model. This particular model is constituted with six major steps including description, feeling, evaluation, analysis, conclusion and action plan.
    At the very initial journey of my career I was a person of introvert nature who scared to interact with other due to lack of confidence. My other fellow colleague often encouraged me to bring confidence on my attitude and personality. Still, I was very much less talkative and below personality.

    At the very initial journey of my career I had made an effective career plan so that I can direct myself towards the right path. The objectives that I dreamt to attain as a person are as follows:
