1.1 Business Description
The vision of the ACA cafe and restaurant is t
o engage passionately, in serving one of the best quality cold and hot gourmet food and beverages to the customers. In this way, the organization will be able to carry on with both the cafe and restaurant at the very same time. The main mission of the organization is to deliver proper care and improved serving of the food and beverages to the customers.
The values provided by the organization are to provide proper standards to the customers by giving them relaxation and good quality products. To provide the services with the proper honesty and credibility is the main objective of the company. The list of the mission, vision, objectives and values can be helpful to understand that the ACA cafe is very much focused on the customers and that is the reason why they implement various strategies to satisfy their customers throughout the procedure.
The key stakeholders of the ACA cafe and restaurant are the customers, employees, investors and the suppliers of the resources. All of these people have a very acute relationship with the organization. Without the contribution of the employees and the customers, it is impossible for the company to achieve success in the future years. The investors play a distinguished role in order to make the financial support system stronger for the organization. In order to make these relationships stronger than before it is very important to set a few performance objectives.
· To deliver the works with utmost politeness and honesty
· To treat the customers with the proper decorum
· To manufacture and produce the food and beverages through maintaining proper standards
There are various goals that can improve the organizational scenario of the ACA cafe and restaurant. These goals can be divided in two halves. One is the short-term goal and the other one is long-term goals.

· Introducing new menu items every now and then to improve variety
· Introducing new service criteria to the organizational perspective
Long-Term Goals

There are both internal and external stakeholders associated with the ACA cafe and restaurant. The internal stakeholders are the employees, investors and the suppliers. The main issues with these people are the lack of consistency within the employees, lack of standardized financial support from the investors and the inconsistent payment demand of the suppliers. The major external stakeholders are the customers (Uetake & Yang, 2017). The changing trends and demands related to the food and beverages are the consistent issue within this company.
The key stakeholders like the employees and the investors can work for the betterment of the organization gradually. The employees can work harder for the more authentic and professional services and the investors should stick to the company through thick and thin for lending the needed financial support from time to time.
1.2 Location Choice for ACA Cafe and Restaurant
The registered location of the company is New South Wales, which is a very busy area and that is the reason why, it is appropriate to attract more customers within the working hours. This is the present scenario of the organizational location. The organization is trying to expand their business in another location, which can also attract the customers like Melbourne.
The location selection is done by the cafe for a proper reasoning. The location of South Wales is chosen with the proper reasoning. South Wales is a market area with busy people in the working hours. In this way, the company can earn more consumers, which can support the progress of the company. The proposed location in Melbourne can also be very important because the place can also attract many customers, which is beneficial for the future development.
The major advantage of the location is that it has the properties of attracting customers to itself. There are various official organizations in this area, which makes the list of consumers increase day by day. On the other hand, there are some major disadvantages as well. The major disadvantage in this case is the presence of various competitors on the same radar as this cafe and restaurant, which makes the market scenario fiercely competitive in this age of globalization.
1.3 PESTLE and SWOT Report
In order to comment on the different internal and external scenarios of the organization it is very important to conduct a brief PESTLE analysis on the ACA cafe and restaurant. The political environment of Australia is very smooth and supportive to these organizations. That is the reason why it has a very good impact on the economy as well. The economic and the financial condition of the organization have a contribution to the gradual progress of the organization. The social support is immense as well.
