You will need to complete: • resources relating to commonly used CPI tools • a CPI template that you must type your CPI paper into. You will be required to locate a minimum of eight (8) secondary literature sources that closely relate to your nursing issue clinical communication from Assignment 2. For example: • systematic literature review, Cochrane review • practice guidelines • clinical protocol or guideline • government report • position paper of guideline from a reliable web-based resource (e.g. The Heart Foundation or the ARC etc). You will be required to construct a CPI report using the supplied CPI template (attached as a different file). In order to pass this assignment, you must successfully address each of the criteria outlined on the Assignment marking rubric which is on the bottom of the templete. Succinctly and expertly written with no omissions of relevant information. 6. All relevant interventions are discussed very well. 7. Project outline is very clear and the relevance to clinical practice is very high. 8. Identifies most potential barriers to implementation & clinical change. Discusses in depth how these barriers could be overcome or minimised. 9. Succinct discussion of an excellent and achievable plan for how the intervention/s could be evaluated.
