Keep in mind that evidence, facts, examples, observations, and details strengthen your essay. Question (prompt): People usually have one or more activities that they benefit from and/or enjoy. For example, a person might benefit from jogging because it keeps him healthy by exercising the heart, building physical endurance, and rejuvenating energy. By the same token, another individual might enjoy creating artwork because it allows her to express herself, develop a talent, and earn a small income. Yet and still, another person may take enjoy volunteering because it gives him a sense of pride, allows him to use his talents to help others, and occupies his time so he will not become bored after retirement. Other activities may include cooking, singing, playing an instrument, playing a sport, sewing, writing, traveling, etc. Now, think about an activity you benefit from and/or enjoy.
