Answer 1: The price range of the Home I am considering is $250k to $325K. The down payment will be some portion of my saving. I will look around to make a down payment of upto $60k which is 50% of my saving. The house price range which I am looking for is depended on that rule that the house price will be less than 3.5 times of my Salary. My Annual salary would be around $100k.
Answer 2: The House I am looking for is in Austin Texas. The house should be nearby to the School, park, etc. The Neighborhood should be close to trailing hikes with a community pool and the toll away access should also be near around. The Austin Airport should also be near my house. The house can be one store or two story, both are acceptable to me. I am looking for a house with atleast 2-3 rooms with atleast 2 bathrooms. The square footage of the house should be more than 1500.
Answer 3: Yes, I have found the right house based on my Search Criteria. The House address is 13325 Alysheba Dr, Del Valle, TX 78617. The price of the house is $288,000 with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1752 sq. Ft. It is about 5-10 minutes’ drive to Tesla Gigafactory and Austin International Airport. The neighborhood has great schools nearby with park and hiking trails along with a community pool. Berdoll Farms community gives you the proximity needed to navigate this growing city. The 130-tollway access is a short few minutes away from destinations like The Domain, Apple, UT Campus and Round Rock.
Answer 4: The research, I have found that the mortgage rate which is near to my credit score is 2.48%. I want a 30-year fixed loan with equal monthly installments. The estimated closing cost of my house which includes Application fees, attorney fees, Courier fees, Credit report fees, Origination fees, House Inspection fees, Homeowner’s Insurance etc. around upto 4% of my house price.
Based on this, that Total price of my House is $299,520 ($288000 my house price and $11,520 is the closing costs). I will make the down payment of $60 and will take a mortgage of $239,520. It is will be 30-year fixed loan at a rate of 2.48% with monthly payment. Using the PMT function in excel, I calculated that my monthly payment of principal and Interest would be $943.90. Total Mortgage pack will be $339,805.74 and the Interest paid during the 30 years would be $100,285.74.
The Property tax of my house is $329 and Home Insurance would be 5760 basis the 2% of my home’s purchase price.
