ENSURE THAT YOU: · Outline the position name and industry clearly · Follow the Style Guide for submission · List your references from your research PART B of the task: · Compile AND WRITE the SELECTION CRITERIA FOR THE Position description YOU HAVE created in Part A. · The selection criteria should: · be separated into essential and desirable sections · be clear and concise in their outline · focus on the skills, knowledge, experience and/or relevant qualifications for the position · should have a minimum of 4 essential and 3 desirable criteria PLEASE NOTE: Formatting MUST be correct and as per the ACC style guide. e process of conducting interview will be through physical meeting. The shortlisted candidates will be requested to appear for this interview at 11 am in the office of the company. The HR executive and two members of the senior administration will conduct the interview. A series of questions (semi-structured) will be asked during the interview. Overall, the technique will be to assess the qualities of the interviewees in terms of their skills, experience and perceptions linked to the professional accountabilities of the present job.
    In order to fulfil the job position of the front desk manager, the following questions will be asked during the interview:
