Guidelines:
This is a reflective paper describing key aspects of the students learning experience
on placement - their “journey” of learning. This could include their personal
understanding of social work, socialisation to the profession, the development ofwhich should be recorded regularly throughout the course of your placement. The
diary or journal is not submitted for assessment but students may be asked to
provide evidence of documenting their reflections. Students can choose how to
record their reflections.
