Abstract
Psychiatric disorders like anxiety and depression are very common among people. The use of the cannabidiol in relieving the symptoms of the disorders. The cannabidiol have primary effect altering the mood and relieving the impact of the chronic pain. The consumption of the cannabidiol relived many cancer patients in their pain. Cannabidiol can be consumed by people of all the ages. Apart from this, under the supervision, cannabidiol is safer to be used despite of some of its symptoms such as nausea and fatigue.
Use of cannabidiol to treat psychological disorder
Anxiety, PTSD and depression are common psychological disorders, which people suffered from. As mentioned by Elhai, Levine, Dvorak and Hall (2016), it has been seen that anxiety and depression can be seen in all kinds of people irrespective of their age. Nowadays, rate of the depression and anxiety among teenagers is getting high. Most of the time people failed to understand the severity of the psychological disorders. As suggested by Blessing, Steenkamp, Manzanares and Marmar (2015), many studies have stated that use of the cannabidiol have positive effect in treating many psychological disorders such as anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, PTSD and bipolar disorder.
Cannabidiol also known as CBD has mood-altering effect on the individual, which is necessary for improving their psychotic disorder symptoms. Although, there are limited evidence that cannabidiol have moderate impact on anxiety and depression. As noted by Crippa et al. (2011), there are many evidences, which show that consumption of cannabidiol can be effective for people of all ages. This essay contends that consumption of cannabidiol is an effective way in reducing symptoms of depression, anxiety and PTSD among people. On the contrary, it is also contended that cannabidiol has not shown very effective outcomes on the elderly adults. The consumption of the cannabidiol to the children must be done under the supervision of doctors.
Apart from this, cannabidiol has some mild side effects such as nausea, vomiting and fatigue. It will be argued that cannabidiol have therapeutic effectiveness in clinical trials. As stated by Das et al. (2013), cannabidiol is the important ingredient of the medical marijuana. It has potential positive impact on the health of the people. It has been seen that cannabidiol is safe in consumption. According to World Health Organisation, in humans, cannabidiol exhibits no effects indicative of any abuse or any kind of dependency (World Health Organization, 2018). Until the implication of the cannabidiol, there is no potential evidence of public health related problems due to consumption of cannabidiol. As noted by Millar et al. (2019), preliminary studies suggested that consumption of the cannabidiol have positive impact on the symptoms of the anxiety, depression and PTSD and other psychological disorder. It resulted in the mood-altering effect on the people, which relieves the triggering effect of psychological disorder....
