For customers, cloud computing is mainly an innovative business paradigm [14].

Cloud computing combines a lot of available technologies, which include service-oriented architecture, resource pools, distributed grid computing, and broadband networks to provide infrastructure, software, and platform as a service. Under old model of IT, the company established its own server farm, aiming to use bundled hardware and software solutions to meet peak demand. This will have profound impacts on cost structure of each company, turning part of fixed costs into subsidiary production costs.
