Introduction
Cloud computing (CC) is an innovative paradigm for providing computing platform, infrastructure, and Saas. In modern or current society, some basic services (electricity, water, and gas) are provided so that everybody can easily use them. CC promises to provide consistent services throughout new virtual data centres as well as realize the vision of computer utilities in the 21st century [2]. Today, our computing costs are high, and we want extremely specialized labour to keep it working. Cloud computing meets these requirements through [4] on-demand accesses, pay-per-use, elasticity, connectivity, and abstract infrastructure and resource pools. For customers, cloud computing is mainly an innovative business paradigm [14].
Summarise the state-of-the-art in the selected topic
Cloud computing combines a lot of available technologies, which include service-oriented architecture, resource pools, distributed grid computing, and broadband networks to provide infrastructure, software, and platform as a service. Under old model of IT, the company established its own server farm, aiming to use bundled hardware and software solutions to meet peak demand. This will have profound impacts on cost structure of each company, turning part of fixed costs into subsidiary production costs. This transform will have an important impact on the motivation to make new businesses, and throughout this change, it is possible to affect investment as well as macroeconomic development in the following ways, job creation in every company, job distribution in ICT sector, or public financial accounts.
Selected 2-3 research papers in detail
This work always focuses on comparing the many adopted and proposed pricing model technologies. Article [1] will also emphasize the advantages and disadvantages of each method. The contrast is depends on a lot of aspects for instance fairness, lifespan and pricing techniques. This method provides solid foundation for designing good models in future.
Article [2] research found that even though their simulation outcomes are promising, many methods are theoretical and have not been implemented in the actual market. Furthermore, most of these methods are biased towards service providers.
In the paper [3], a dynamic pricing method for shared asset distribution was proposed and its presentation was assessed. The utilization of a system plan structure officially demonstrates the monetary idea of this valuing plan. This work audits the policy and social challenges trigger by innovation or emergence of IoT applications as well as RFID sensor technology. These technological advances have the capability to excite social moreover financial well-being or the ability of enterprises to provide services.
Article [4] the result of this modernism is that it will increase the use or dependence on Internet use as well as trigger the development of innovative business models or policies. From a qualitative point of view, this study is very useful because it highlights the social and practical significance of the expansion of the Internet of Things, including innovative government challenges, spectrum management, closed and open network systems, and agreements and addresses. Problems related to roaming. Nevertheless, this work includes restricted quantitative analysis to help the findings.
An open problem and a potential solution approach in each of the 3 research papers.
In [1] working, authors reviewed the main attributes and concepts of cloud computing moreover provided a systematic background on corporate pricing. The comparison among the available cloud models is shared, which will allow companies to make knowledgeable decisions when selecting a pricing model that is more suitable for their business condition. It is worth noting that many pricing models in cloud computing are unfair towards service providers. Many of them aim to increase or enhance the revenue of service providers and reduce their costs. If the needs of end users are considered in the future, it will be noble.
Article [2] Customers can use the pricing method that best suits customer behavior to select service providers. From a technical viewpoint, the work presently being done on the cloud platform cannot be completed using pastly available technologies. Nevertheless, the cost reduction, instant flexibility as well as scalability of the cloud solutions make them revolutionary probable in several economic fields. These aspects have raised a lot of major financial issues in theory and experience in industrial organization, labor economics, and other aspects. Nevertheless, the economic literature is still thin. Many works is limited to some papers in non-cooperative as well as cooperative game theory.
The author of the article [3] proposed an innovative cloud computing resource pricing as well as allocation strategy. Users can assume future resource prices in it. The author uses game theory to resolve the issue of multi-user balanced distribution. They use the simulation structure Cloud to conduct experiments.
Article [4] investigates this document and the more applicable components of the bigger business literature and computer science literature associated to this subject. We believe that the classification of technologies used in these areas (software, platforms, and IaaS) does not correlate better with the economic impact of cloud technology. Rather, we recommend that economists consider "wholesale" and "retail" cloud applications to be more useful. Additionally, retail applications have changed the way customers socialize, consume entertainment and communicate. Finally, we put forward some new research directions.
Summary of 15-20 papers in the related field.
In the paper [11], an active pricing mechanism for shared resource allocation was proposed and its performance was evaluated. The use of a mechanism design framework formally proves the economic nature of this pricing scheme.
