MITS-Wireless Communications and Networks-Research Study This research study requires in-depth reading and analysis of a single specific topic. This one topic can be of your choice, but the topic must have been covered in this course. You require to take two research papers of that topic and make a small report on those two research papers which should contain the following: • Introduction to the topic • Introduction to those two papers, their main work. • Detail description of the methodologies employed in those two papers. • Comparison of the results reported in those two papers with each other. • Your comments on the advantages/disadvantages/superiority of those two papers. • Suggest your changes/future-directions for those two papers to improve them (if any). • Conclusion. • References. The two papers you need to choose should be published works in well-reputed Journals or Conferences. Submission Guidelines All submissions are to be submitted through turn-it-in. Drop-boxes linked to turn-it-in will be set up in the Unit of Study Moodle account. Assignments not submitted through these drop- boxes will not be considered. Submissions must be made by the due date and time. The turn-it-in similarity score will be used in determining the level if any of plagiarism. Turn- it-in will check conference web-sites, Journal articles, the Web and your own class member submissions for plagiarism. You can see your turn-it-in similarity score when you submit your assignment to the appropriate drop-box. If this is a concern you will have a chance to change your assignment and re-submit. However, re-submission is only allowed prior to the submission due date and time. After the due date and time have elapsed you cannot make re-submissions and you will have to live with the similarity score as there will be no chance for changing. Thus, plan early and submit early to take advantage of this feature. You can make multiple submissions, but please remember we only see the last submission, and the date and time you submitted will be taken from that submission. Your document should be a single word or pdf document containing your report.

Wireless Communication and Networks:
Wireless communications and networks research is a huge territory of science and technology which is basically anxious about the process of developing the best structured ways of wrapping and communicating information between dif
ferent nodes. The major consideration is to minimize the cost and power consumption. It is designed through the use of required application’s antennas and by enlarging the bandwidth of transmission channels with the use of improved information system thesis.
Now what is wireless communication? It is one of the largest gifts from technology to the humanity. Wireless communication works by transmitting information across the distance but without any kind of wires, cables or any kind of electrical carriers. It simply descends the usage of wires or cables in networking. The distance between the two networking devices can be just one or two meters (in case of remote controls) or thousands of kilometres (in case of radio transmissions). Today there are many devices that use wireless communications like cordless telephones, mobile phones, GPS devices, various wireless computer parts and all satellite televisions.
In order to maintain the wireless transmission of data between two devices, many types of electromagnetic signals are used. These are:
· Radio Frequency Transmission
· Infrared (IR) Transmission
· Microwave Radio transmission
· Communication Satellite transmission
These signals are differentiated with their variant wavelength and frequency. Wireless communication can be categorized into different technologies. They can be defined with the distance between devices, confines of data and the sort of devices used. Here are the different wireless communication technologies:
· Infrared (IR) communication
· Radio and Television
· Cellular/Mobile communication
· Satellite communication
· Bluetooth
· Wi-Fi
· Radar Communication

Cellular/ Mobile Communication is my topic for research study.
Cellular/Mobile Wireless Communication:
Encrypted electromagnetic radio ways are used in mobile wireless communication. It allows the operator to communicate via making phone calls from anywhere in this world using same frequency and bandwidth. It requires a strong broadcasting power to broadcast signals, but the mobile phones solely lack this strong power. So the network of cellular towers is required in between, for triangulating a source signal and passing to the desired antennas. [engineersgarage]
For the reference, I am taking up two research papers:
1. Current and Future Trends In Wireless Mobile Communication Systems by Nenavath Ravikumar, J.Ravi Sankar, published in IOSR Journal of Electronics and Communication Engineering (IOSR-JECE) on Mar-Apr 2015
2. Latest Trends in...
