The policies of the Nigerian government are very complex and consist of many parties. Each region from Nigeria has their own political parties and as a result it leads to the political instability in the country (Forrest,2019). Unlike other federal nations Nigeria Federation has evolved and formed a three-tire structure of the government consisting of the federation government at the top, the federation capital along with 774 local government and 36 state governments. But the multi-party government was soon to be ineffective mainly because different parties were supported by different religions or culture as a result it created a sense of instability, disunity and rivalry among the political parties as a result creating a sense of terror and violence in Nigeria.
