1) Roles and responsibilities of a person who might be involved in the delivery of a service program
A person involved in the delivery o
f a service program assumes wide range roles and responsibilities. At the outset, individual involved in the delivery of a service program needs to perform role of coordinator like answering queries, processing paperwork, including preparing list of people availing services, deciding place of delivery of service program, filing admission forms and discharge forms, etc. This person performs the role of coordinator through acting as a liaison between leaders formulated service program and individuals availing service (Christian, 2012).
Both the entities are handled and coordinated by individual engaged in the delivery of service program. The purpose, vision and overall objective behind developing service program are communicated by this person to the users and their queries and confusions are also solved by him. Other roles include scheduling delivery of service program, appointing service program team, ordering supplies, transcribing service program personnel instructions to users, and keeping pace with the potential hurry and stressful environment.
In this regard, responsibilities include:
· Ensuring that users or consumers are availing benefits of service program.
· Treating users or consumers on equitable level irrespective of age, gender, social and any other factor.
· Assisting with service program professionals in program delivery procedures or duties.
· Guiding people on personal care, personal safety, reassurance, infection prevention and control, and personal hygiene.
