The purpose of this assignment is to demonstrate that you can identify hazards, assess their risk, recommend appropriate risk controls using the hierarchy of control measures and that you can communicate risk information effectively in the form of a report. Portfolio 2 is due Exam Week: Monday 13th February 2017 at 9:00AM AEST Portfolio 2 Risk Analysis Report Portfolio part 2 has two requirements that continue on from and utilise the analysis completed in Portfolio 1. I. Risk assessment (1000 words) Conduct a detailed risk assessment by addressing the following matters: Identification of current risk controls; Consideration of current legislative requirements ; Evaluation of the current risk controls; Development of risk control options, Develop a corrective actions plan using risk control frameworks (i.e. the hierarchy of control) and indicate the who, how and when of proposed controls and when they are to be implemented to ensure their effectiveness. II. Report (1000 words) Prepare a report outlining a risk control plan based on the outcomes of the risk assessment. The report is to be directed to relevant stakeholders (e.g. department managers, OHS representatives, procurement staff, club officials, etc.). The intent of the plan is to provide information so that the stakeholders can make informed decisions regarding actions required to mitigate any identified unacceptable risks.
