The purpose of this assignment is to calculate the various yield ratios and evaluate each recruiting source based on all of the metrics in the table. Make sure you incorporate multiple metrics when analyzing each source. It might be helpful to analyze the metrics for a given source and then compare them, when helpful, to other metrics. Be sure to include analysis from the case when building your arguments. Submit only one MS word file that includes the completed table (see table 6 (in the case) and appendix K in the excel file).

1. Calculate the various yield ratios and put in the table provided; put the table in an appendix. The page with the table should be in landscape so it fits properly.


2. Answer the following:
   
   
   1. Introduction. Review the purpose of the report and what will be completed (1 paragraph).
   
   
   2. THS’s Recruiting Sources. List each source and analyze based on the various metrics. Identify key issues based on the data and information from the case; and discuss what you think the issues might be and how to address them going forward. Or, what steps should be taken to learn more about the underlying issue. Be sure to include multiple metrics for each when summarizing your analysis. Specifically mention the metric numbers (e.g., 8.1 ratio for the specific metric). Also, identify whether the source should be kept or discontinued by THS’s and why (1-2 paragraphs for each source).
   
   
   3. New Recruiting Sources. Which additional (2-3) recruiting sources (those not on their list) should the company consider? Explain the source and your rationale for suggesting the sources (and why is this relevant for THS’s?). Make sure you incorporate material from the text (2-4 paragraphs).
   
   
   4. Suggested Improvements for THS.com and Employee Referrals. Provide recommendations on how the THS.com and employee referrals might be more effectively used to source and recruit applicants. Once again, reference the text and the narrated lectures (2-4 paragraphs).
   
   
   5. Conclusion. Summarize your findings and list which sources are to be kept and discontinued and any other concluding thoughts/recommendations about THS’s recruiting sources (1 paragraph).
