The problem of context identification is a critical one in the area of mobile computation. In this problem, we are given a periodic WiFi scan log, which provides information on WiFi access points accessed at various locations and observed over time. Due to the dynamic nature of wireless networks, multiple observations at the same location will not always have the same set of access points. Thus, given a set of observations, we have to identify different clusters of access points from observations. The information given is as follows, where each entry represents a set of three access points observed together.

Each unique integer represents a single access point. Determine the access point clusters using the SNN clustering technique for r = 3 and r = 4.
