PDCA which is an abbreviated form of Plan-Do-Check-Act is known to be a repetitive management model that includes four stages for continuous improvement in business process management (Kholif et al., 2018)). It is considered as one of the largest public organization in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. The organization was founded in the year 1873 and is headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. SABIC was kn0wn to be the world’s fourth-largest chemical producer in the year 2013 and is currently the second-largest producer of global ethylene glycol. There is a prediction that the organization is going to top the charts after an introduction of some planned projects. In terms of chemical companies, SABIC was ranked fourth in the world.
