This project goals to build biggest fairground in Shang Hai. The program budget is 22.4 billion and estimate return this budget in ten years. This project will bring positive affect to the local economic in a long turn. In this paper we will discuss the roller coaster program. In this essay we will discuss the budget the estimate time material and how this will improve the safety of roller coaster. And also we will discuss the layout of the ground to reduce the queue time. Finally we will give some suggestions.
