The patient complained of high fever with right upper abdominal pain and was admitted to the hospital. Physical examination showed tenderness in the liver area with hepatomegaly. Laboratory examination showed that the total number of leukocytes increased, neutrophils 88%, eosinophils 12% and C-reactive protein increased (indicated with infection). Abdominal CT showed space occupying lesions in the liver area and fuzzy structure in the lesions. The patient was born in Sichuan, China, a professional photographer and travelled all over the country.
