Table P10.3.2 gives the non-solar RTS values from Table 19, Chapter 18 of the ASHRAE Handbook - 2013 Fundamentals [1] that are appropriate for the building. Calculate (i) the cooling load due to people at 11 a.m., and (ii) the maximum cooling load and the time when it occurs.
