The National House of Flapjacks wants to automate their flapjack production. They need a mechanism which will automatically flip the flapjacks "on the fly" as they travel through the griddle on a continuously moving conveyor. This mechanism must track the constant velocity of the conveyor, pick up a pancake, flip it over and place it back onto the conveyor.
