The MM1 Template.xlsx file is now set up so that you can enter any integer in cell E11 and the corresponding probability of that many in the system appears in cell F11. Change this setup so that columns E and F specify the distribution of the number in the queue rather than the system. That is, set it up so that if you enter an integer in cell E11, the formula in cell F11 gives the probability of that many customers in the queue. (Hint: You don’t even need to understand the current formula in cell F11. You only need to understand the relationship between the number in the queue and the number in the system. If n are in the system, how many are in the queue?)
