The minor project proposal will provide an overview of your individual project proposal. This is sometimes called a project initiation document (PID). The proposal, or PID will provide an overview of the problem and of the plan for your project. Your proposal should answer the following questions; What is the problem? What is causing the problem and what is the context? Can you describe a vision for the future – what outcome do you want to achieve? What strategies will you use and why? How are these SMART ? How will you measure success? Include a very brief literature review that highlights relevant literature relating to your project specific and provides supporting evidence for your strategies.
