The main objectives of the study are:
1.Explain the differences in the presence and absence of foodplants, canopy openness and the feeding choice of the species WLH between sitesNR, BW and RSW.
2.Characterise quadrats in BW and RSW to identify possibly new areas for the species WLH.
The data you will need is uploaded along with this document; the statistical tests used should be at master’s level.
Variables should be outlined, data treatment and tests for normality should also be used.
1.For this task you must identify the differences in species (WLH) selection of foodplants, canopy openness and presence of absence between sites. Using the datasets provided.
2.You must use master level statistics on the data provided, any use of tests of normality and data treatment must be evident in the final paper. This should include why and how you did it.
3.Graphs and Tables should include explanations of why you chose these and how and also figures.
4.The statistical tests used should include explanation of why you chose these and how you used them on your data.
5.Variables must be outlined and explained. Information must be given on why these are such types of variables etc.
6.Using the coordinates included in the dataset, create a distance matrix between quadrats for all three sites(Including the number of species individuals recorded within each quadrat). Whilst also including explanations of how and why you did it.
