Of the parents available to be chosen for the committee, 10 have children in kindergarten, 20 have children in 1st grade, 5 have children in 2nd grade, 15 in 3rd grade, 10 in 4th grade and 15 have children in 5th grade. No parent has children in more than one grade. How many ways can the committee be formed if 4th grade can have no more than 2 representatives?
