He also added that “For decades, Four Seasons has been synonymous with the highest standards of quality and service for luxury travellers, many of whom have now chosen to ultimately live at Four Seasons. We are now committing even greater resources to this priority.”The Luxury Traveller Technology Survey which is conducted and commissioned by the Four Seasons in agreement and compilation with the Luxury market research and brand insights came to a result as to how customers felt that the technology should blend in seamlessly into the customer experience and how the preference of the customers have changed in the recent years.
The luxury category of hospitality sector consists of wide variety of products and services expansion which includes restaurants, liquor, furniture, spirits and apparels. The USA has seen tremendous expansion in the recent years. According to the reports, the luxury market segment was approximately $1.2 trillion in the year 2009 which has grown over 100% in all these years. According to survey, now China is poised as the destination for the most luxurious destination for the products and services. According to McKinsey which is one of the biggest consulting firms in the world, China’s growing love for luxury reports that China is on the verge of reaching approximately 80 billion which is approximately 20% of the world’s luxury market.
