The general topic for your research paper is to write about what you’ve learned about “Communication Excellence” in this course. You are to research scholarly, academic sources and list at least 3 of them in MLA format.The requirements are as follows:State the overall topic of your paper. It can be, although not recommended, as general as “What is Communication Excellence” or to be more specific, include the component or context of your “Excellence” paper. For example, you may want to research and write about “Excellent Listening in Communication” or “Using Social Media for Communicating” (component). Or you may want to research and write about, "Communication Excellence in Nursing." In this case, your research paper will address the following question: What types of communication skills are needed to be a successful nurse?List the 3 possible sources. The sources should relate to your chosen topic. Note: These these should be final sources. However if find other sources by the time the paper is due and you can use those also.Your submission should follow the MLA stylebook for format. Points will be deducted for not following the format.

Communication Excellence is the capability to communicate efficiently and effectively with the audience. It is considered as one of the most essential attribute of people who are highly industrious and successful. Essentially, communication excellence is inclined towards sharing knowledge, comprehending other and thereby supporting one another. Topic of my paper is Excellent Listening in Communication, since it is one of the integral aspect to conduct excellent communication yet most understated element.
