Moral Sensitivity
    Moral Sensitivity is my capability to identify with others in distress and fully comprehend about our actions and their consequence on others. For instance, when I got to know that my friend failed in class, I could make out that she was anguished and in lot of pain. As a friend my response would be empathic such that it would result in decreasing her distress level. We as human beings are influenced by our emotions and values interpersonal relationships that in turn provides us the essence of who we are and what we believe in
    Strong: - My moral sensitivity is very strong since I am able to put myself in other shoes and listen to what they want to say. As an individual, I am aware how my actions can impact others actions
    
Moral Reasoning or Judgement
    With reference to “The elements of moral philosophy” (Rachels, J., & Rachels, S., 2007), a judgment that I consider is good or morally correct is when it is logical analyzed and critically evaluated. Essentially, implying that these decisions are taken after inspecting the situation critically and weighting all the merits and demerits of the same. Post which decision is made where the intent is to taken actions that can lead to resolution that is logically deduced.
In case where I am in dilemma regarding which option to choose from I invest in understanding the situation and facts. For instance, we were working on a project where I got to know one of my teammates had given our ideas to some of other teams. But I didn’t respond to these rumors until facts of matter was cleared. After analyzing the entire situation, I realized that other teams had planned this grapevine to weaken my team such that there erupt some intra group conflicts and deteriorate the overall performance of the team. Not reacting on hearsay and critically analyzing the facts so that logical conclusion could be achieved had actually helped me in building a strong team and outperforming others.
