The following histogram presents a data set with a mean of 16 and a standard deviation of 2. Is it appropriate to use the Empirical Rule to approximate the proportion of the data between 12 and 20? If so, find the approximation.

The histogram is bell-shaped with values from 10-22 - every number included.  I am not sure how to do this problem.  Can someone please help me?
