The following are the aims considered for the research.1. Identifying the potential challenges associated with the transition of the projects that exist in the water fall project management methodology to the recent or latest agile project management methodologiesThis particular section of the aim focuses on the basic methodologies, Waterfall and Agile. And their respective advantages and disadvantages are explored. This section of the aim focuses then majorly on the formal procedure to follow for transition of the projects that have been implemented with the Waterfall method, towards the Agile methodology. During this procedure, the risks and challenges are explored. Potential challenges that can jeopardize the project are explored and described.2. Identifying the potential challenges associated with applying the agile project management methodologies, when the big projects are concerned and considered3. Exploring and identifying the solutions for the challenges associated with the above challenges4. This part of the aim is covered by exploring the possible ways of mitigating the challenges and risks associated with the transition of the project from Water fall to Agile. The process of elimination of the challenges is discussed in the following section.
