CLIENT SITUATION THEORY/PERSPECTIVE JUSTIFICATION Clyde is a 15-year old CICL client who has been referred for custody in the center. He is an orphaned child who was living with her paternal aunt and uncle. However, as both have been working professionals, they were not able to monitor the child from engaging with who have illegal activities. Clyde was rescued from a den of drug traders together with other minors. The client was taught and had been engaging in drug trafficking for friends almost six months. The child refuses to be at the center and has already escaped twice. He would express being independent and take care of his own needs. He also refuses to go back to his guardians as he said they would just leave him behind eventually.
