Executive Summary
This study examines an industry project report for F&F Produce ltd, whose main purpose is to showcase industry projects, including analysis, collection, information interpretation and industry project theory. The main objective of the research project is that F&F Produce ltd increases sales by maintaining appropriate food safety rules and proposes a quality management system through the application of application management tool technology. The project also aims to improve the delivery service area, identify the packaging sector, and improve some internal changes, such as acquiring new customers through improved advertising procedures. During this research we will conduct project research through literature review and journal articles available about the topic and company, as it is more effective in allowing me to understand the full text from company’s clients and obtain effective results. The project report will be based on professional standards that are compliant with the F&F Produce ltd standard. After comparison, most of the results are beneficial to the company due to the company's special services. All results have a positive impact on the company, but the main recommendation from customers is to add food safety management rules to explain the growing service food industry. These industries typically increase from a single unit to a large unit. It is difficult to get a single rating in any industry. The study will analyze and evaluate based on my company F&F Produce ltd business project, discuss key findings and present conclusions based on discussions and results. Consumers have an unprecedented interest in the way food is produced, processed and sold, and increasingly requires their government to take on greater responsibility for food safety and consumer protection. In most cases, food service tasks depend on their management role and the needs of the company. With the increase in food service activities, the brand has broken through the slogan in comparison with the individual regions. 1.0 Introduction and Project Aim
F&F PRODUCE LIMITED is a New Zealand company from Auckland, New Zealand. It was established on December 8, 2006 and its status is: Registered. The project will analyze the idea of an industrial internship with the company I chose, titled “F&F Produce Limited”. F&F Produce was founded in 1913 by Frank Fang and located in Sandringham which is a distribution firm and wholesale dairy and vegetable products. Often, the company has delivered the product to restaurants and cafes. I am an intern at this company, responsible for handling the packaging & delivery area director. I started my internship on July 9, 2018 and completed it in 200 hours. This report shows my own experience, skills as well as observations during my internship. As the head of the company, I searched for some issues while dealing with the packaging & delivery areas of F&F Produce ltd. The company has been growing significantly, but the company needs to change properly and internally. In the sport, only 2 managers handle 25 employees, therefore they fill in the pressure in the workplace. If the company wants to plan to strengthen their company, the company will hire people from different departments handled by various managers because the two managers do not deal with all areas of the company, such as packaging, unloading, loading, initiation, ordering, delivery and marketing. As an F&F Produce intern, I will analyze different areas of the firm, develop coordination among employees, build customer relationships, and apply new management methods to decrease company issues or problems.

Maintaining food security in terms of food business and customer demand has become unconditional. Food on the market should be good quality, safe to eat, not a source of illness or infection. Therefore, ensuring food security and quality is the issue of international importance and responsibility of food producers and governments. Defining the supply chain is not clear. Different authors have different ways of defining the supply chain, so they should be critically evaluated. This term is usually associated with the word logistics, which is compressed in the radius compared to the supply chain and on the contrary, words are considered interchangeable. Supply chain management is a broad concept from logistics. Logistics are defined as the process of supply, movement and storage of materials, partial or complete products and strategically manage information through organizations and their marketing channels. As far I am concerned, these changes surely completed in the coming 2-3 weeks. Additionally to it will bring better results. In addition, I will also plan to improve the appropriate quality management along with food safety rules. In addition, the program improves customer relationships by providing effective and innovative advice. These recommendations may be executed within one month. In future reports, with management techniques and tools, I will be able to isolate and eliminate it. All these changes have made the company more strong in the sales field. In addition, the company will also become steadier in this highly competitive market.
Project Aims:
The purpose of the project is to perceive the differences between practical and theoretical knowledge that are being translated into real company experience in work. This internship is extremely beneficial to industrial practice to meet the requirements of application management courses and to easily learn the business challenges. I have worked in this firm for 11 months. Therefore, I found few issues in this company; I also consider it as the goal of my proposal.
My main goal is to increase the sales of the company by maintaining appropriate food safety policies and to propose a quality management system through the application of application management tool technology.

Information gathering methods are an important aspect of research projects used to find accurate solutions, ideas and responses for optimal results. However, inaccurate information gathering can affect the outcome and ultimately lead to some invalid results. The impact of method of data collection is varying. In this research project, I choose to work under my supervisor guidance and to make use assets available in my college. These would be assess library, computer labs and past student papers which my offered to me and printers. I also use literature reviews, journal articles, and magazines, newspaper articles on food and safety rules and regulations, and research data about advertising process, such as acquiring new customers on Internet in my computer labs.
2.1 Reason for Selection of Methods

The format of the research method is to understand the complete story through data available on internet and newspapers because there is no confidential data is available on internet about the company and I am not able to take any interview with my seniors and colleagues. This method is more expensive than a questionnaire, but for more complex problems, the literacy rate is low or the degree of cooperation is low, they are better. There are many reasons for choosing this method, as described below;
i. This method helps me to get comprehensive and in-depth information.
ii. Develop relationships with customers.
iii. Understand the customer's point of view, comment and possibly understand the full text.
iv. This method helps collect new and primary information as needed.
v. Through this method, detailed information can be gathered to allow for appropriate analysis of the problem.
vi. One of the main advantages of this method is that it is feasible (flexible). It depends on how it can be built in different ways.
vii. In this way, I get the full knowledge about my topic.
viii. The method also allows me to clarify uncertain answers as well as to seek follow-up information where appropriate.
ix. The rationale for the literature review method provides us with a step-by-step approach and links the theories that contribute to the achievement of project objectives.
2.2 Limitations
The choice of this method has certain limitations for research projects, because it is difficult to analyze and compare results in some cases, and time consuming is another limitation of this method. This is because the difficulty of analyzing the data collected. Reliability is also one another limiting factor because it is difficult to achieve consistency and objectivity. Transparency is the limitation because it is difficult to see how research works. Finally, generalization is another limitation of unstructured interviews because its scope is limited, so it is almost impossible to generalize to other settings. Sometimes, the interview will bias the customer's reaction to the result. Literature review also has certain limitation such as not being sufficiently critical describing information and information extent to theories itself. All these limitations will affect key findings and results.
