Block m2 is in turn attached to a 15-kg block W by another rope, which passes over a static drum where the coefficient of static friction is 0.20. Determine the required Moment M that must be applied to the screw to start lifting block W. The coefficient of static friction between the surface and blocks m1 and m2 is 0.25.
