The Exclusionary Rule has drawn widespread criticism within the law enforcement community since its inception, and several recent Supreme Court decisions have caused speculation that its application is no longer feasible. Keep in mind that the Exclusionary Rule is a procedural safeguard, a procedural rule, and does not appear in the Constitution.

ir constitutional law. This law prevents the law enforce officers to search the convicts in an illegal and unconstitutional manner.
