Movement is an aspect, which is much concerned towards the overall development of child and well-being. The development in a child is sought by introducing some special physical movements, as a part of their regular early education syllabus; it includes yoga, dance or the free plays (Masarik & Conger, 2017).
For the children when they are small they do not form or upheld any structured movement, they just keep on rolling and relying by their own, therefore, it is very important to make them ready regarding the structured and postured movement so that it could shape their health in a positive way. For the children movement is not only related to their physical growth but is an important part in enhancing their memory as well. A movement where a child learn by moving, acting and interacting can change strikingly the way their brain works and increases their learning and the grasping power. Child development is most profoundly followed by their well-being if a proper and exact development is found in the child. It prospers the well-being of the children and makes children suitable physically as well as mentally. It is found and observed eventually that children absorb new skill better while doing, engaging their body and their mind rather than by simply reading and observing. The more a child indulged in physical activity the more he is attracted towards exploring new ideas and learning new things. An abstract movement in a child develops the all over skills in him and initiate his mind towards capturing and relating to new events ad ideas. As it is well known that a healthy body initiates a healthy mind and a healthy mind find outgrows new ideas and learning. In a young age, the children are reluctant, are more capable to grasp and outgrow new things, and are more adaptable towards things. Introducing the children towards the benefits of physical movements in a young age could be much more beneficial and profitable for them to outlook the various factors. The young age is considered as a prominent period to make the child aware of certain things, which would be carried on beneficial for their physical health, mental health and their well-being (Francesconi & Heckman, 2016).
