The Drivers Technology Association in the United Kingdom recently studied the behavior of drivers with and without radar detectors. A random sample of 550 users and 562 non-users. was obtained. In the past three years, 108 users and 68 non-users have had an accident.

c. Is there any evidence to suggest the two true proportions are different? Justify your answer.
