Task: (i) Example (1) shows a basic clause. Work out what construction is illustrated by the data in (2) and (3). (ii) A crucial grammatical morpheme,
ntjama, is left unglossed. What is its function? (iii) What other changes are seen in (2) and (3) as compared with (1)? Make sure you use the correct grammatical terminology in describing them, as far as possible.
