The considerations of client satisfaction and service expectations for best treatment require additional data (on client satisfaction) and more explicit operationalization of actual interventions used for evidence-based practice. With regard to client satisfaction, it is simply a matter of selecting some mutually agreeable satisfaction measure, and gathering data periodically, rather than gathering data continuously (which may be reactive and counterproductive).
