The Bedford Falls community government is planning to fund a project to create a community park. The park will include a playground for children, tennis courts, and a recreation building with an indoor swimming pool and meeting rooms. A commercial firm, Bailey Parks Inc., has been selected to complete the project work.  Assignment A. Think about the potential benefits and costs that could be associated with this project. Use the below elements to address which will help determine why the project would be worth performing: 1) How might this project fit within the overall mission of the Bedford Falls Community?  2) What are the potential benefits? 3) Other than the cost of construction, can you think of potential drawbacks that would need to be addressed before approving the project? 4) How might the success criteria of this project be defined?
