The system design requirements should be of the highest importance for the successful implementation of any HRIS project, with space to be customized as required by end-users. Software solutions that collect, store, maintain and retrieve information on employees and their jobs are called human resources information systems called HRIS. The systems have a range of features which we can adapt to the business needs. These functions make it easier to manage human resources, including payroll, advantage management, and HR metrics, which will allow you to focus on core business activities. This project seeks to establish a better system for Online Human resource management that will benefit its customers as well. The team will analyze how the current system impacts candidates and the company in order to decide what action should be adopted. The analysis results will help determine whether the system is feasible or not. The minutes of the meeting and progress reports are also documented well on weekly meetings and discussions. In short, the project will focus on the online human resource management system's planning and conception phase.
