Submission Date: Week 8 Assessment Task: Mid Project Deliverables Total Mark: 50 Weighting: 15% Students are advised that submission of an Assessment Task past the due date without a formally signed approved Assignment Extension Form (Kent Website MyKent Student Link> FORM – Assignment Extension Application Form – Student Login Required) or previously approved application for other extenuating circumstances impacting course of study, incurs a 5% penalty per calendar day, calculated by deduction from the total mark. For example. An Assessment Task marked out of 40 will incur a 2 mark penalty for each calendar day. The report should identify and include the screen shots of the files and folders they have used to create their front-end, physical layout and structure of their database and ERD using their designated database design tools e.g. phpMyAdmin and provide the screenshots in the report. The report also needs to include the user interface and the programming codes and the database file as an SQL file. The report and the project should be saved in a folder, zip it and upload it for marking. To complete this assessment the following criteria must be maintained:  The system development has been planned and managed.  Teamwork has been managed.  The business requirements have been elicited and understood.  A system architecture will provide the required functionality and meet its non-functional objectives.  A database design will provide the necessary data management.  A user interface design will help and facilitate users to perform their tasks.  Your responses on the feedback from your Lecturer. MARKING GUIDE (RUBRIC) Though the nature of this assessment is purely qualitative, your Lecturer will consider the below marking criteria while assessing your report. This assessment is a group project/activity and students are required to work with their respective groups. No individual submission will be accepted. You will not receive any marks for this assignment if your group members collectively report against you for non-participation or non- cooperation. You have to nominate someone as your group leader to coordinate the assignment submission. Only one submission is accepted for each group. The assignment must be submitted online in Moodle. All materials MUST be submitted electronically in Microsoft Word format. Other formats (e.g., pdf or MAC file) may not be readable by markers. Please be aware that any assessments submitted in other formats will be considered LATE and will lose marks until it is presented in MS Word. No paper based or hardcopy submission will be accepted. Our Academic Learning Support (ALS) team would be happy to help you with understanding the task and all other assessment-related matters. For assistance and to book one-on-one meeting please email one of our ALS coordinators (Sydney [email protected]; Melbourne [email protected] ). Appropriate academic writing and referencing are inevitable academic skills that you must develop and demonstrate in work being presented for assessment. The content of high-quality work presented by a student must be fully referenced within-text citations and a Reference List at the end. Kent strongly recommends you refer to the Academic Learning Support Workshop materials available on the Kent Learning Management System (Moodle). For details please click the link http://moodle.kent.edu.au/kentmoodle/mod/folder/view.php?id=3606 and download the file titled “Harvard Referencing Workbook”. This Moodle Site is the location for Workbooks and information that are presented to Kent Students in the ALS Workshops conducted at the beginning of each Trimester. Kent recommends a minimum of FIVE (5) references in work being presented for assessment. Unless otherwise specifically instructed by your Lecturer or as detailed in the Unit Outline for the specific Assessment Task, any paper with less than five (5) references may be deemed not meeting a satisfactory standard and possibly be failed. Content in Assessment tasks that includes sources that are not properly referenced according to the “Harvard Referencing Workbook” will be penalised

System Requirements:
The system design requirements should be of the highest importance for the successful implementation of any HRIS project, with space to be customized as required by end-users. Determine the quantity and quality of the department's services when developing a business
case so as to evaluate how a new HRIS improves current manual processes and delivers services more effectively. Determine why the current system is no longer sufficient and identify any weaknesses in the systems and functions that currently exist. While putting HR at the technology table, investment in integrated systems or cloud technology must be in a good position to contribute to the bottom line of the organisation. Computerized online job search is designed to facilitate general administration of the job search provider and processes in an investment company to manage the various information of the job search provider. This organisation can quickly and easily access accurate information if required, thus improving its operating efficiency and effectiveness. Software solutions that collect, store, maintain and retrieve information on employees and their jobs are called human resources information systems called HRIS. The systems have a range of features which we can adapt to the business needs. These functions make it easier to manage human resources, including payroll, advantage management, and HR metrics, which will allow you to focus on core business activities. This project seeks to establish a better system for Online Human resource management that will benefit its customers as well. The team will analyze how the current system impacts candidates and the company in order to decide what action should be adopted. The analysis results will help determine whether the system is feasible or not. The minutes of the meeting and progress reports are also documented well on weekly meetings and discussions. In short, the project will focus on the online human resource management system's planning and conception phase. Information plays a very important role in the competitive environment of today, where everyone wants to take the lead (Ilić, 2021). It can yield good results as quickly as information is accessed and processed. Today, the Internet is the quick way to transfer data and information across a broad area, so I used the internet as a tool to exchange information.
Information plays an important part in today's competitive environment, in which everyone wants to be at the top. It can yield good results as quickly as information is accessed and processed.
• Increasing customer business.
• Globalizing the business.
• To make searching work easier.
• Enable the company to find the best available candidates.
• Action as the intermediary of the job seeker and provider
• The user is able to download various forms, etc.
There are several problems with this manual administration of human resources.
• The staff details are generally on paper and kept on paper.
• Further personnel management manual work is necessary.
• The information employees use to find a lot of time.
• Not accurate.
• The threat of losing files in some circumstances.
• Information of the employee is stored primarily in an excel sheet.
Even if it is run on Windows 10, it is a lightweight system itself. It can be reached within the local network by one or more customers. For the system, no official minimum hardware requirements are required. Any changes in hardware requirements shall, implicitly or explicitly, be considered (Bridgeman & Bridgeman, 2004).
System Architecture:
In this case, Three-tier architecture will be adopted. This ensures that every component is robust and scaled accordingly.
● the presentation layer that organizes and displays data and system operations as readable to end users;
● the application layer, where data processing for storage in a database occurs and similarly for preparing information from a database for presentation;
● data base layer for storing the data.
In accordance with the concept of architecture, the system benefits from being extendable with less dependence on other components, i.e., one component can be changed without any other component being broken or disabled. For instance, only the part of the application server that generated the invoice number will be modified when the client decides to change the invoice number format (Bridgeman & Bridgeman, 2004). Four types of staff will use HRMS which is an online intranet system. These kinds of roles can be specified as; admin, manager, hr, employee. The main authentication page is entered by every user and authorised by system. Users will basically query and edit the database through HRMS after they are permitted (rule type).
The system should be integrated in different measures and should be developed by carefully examining the requirements of the end...
