The aim of this research is to identify the key personal attribute of effective project managers and influences on project success within the manufacturing industry in Cambodia.
Objectives of Research
1.    To identify the key personal attributes of project managers in the manufacturing industry in Cambodia.
2.    To determine the important relationship between various key personal attributes and project successes.
3.    To determine the relationship of many key personal attributes being used during the project process.
Definition of research terms
-    Project successes: In project success, one measures a project with respect to some parameters like budget, scope, quality, time limit, and others. A project which has reached these targets is called a successful project.
-    Project managers: The project managers make and develop project goals which are chased by the team members in order to achieve the organizational goals. The project managers also create strategies which are there to help the team members in doing so.
-    Personal attributes: Personal attributes of a project manager are the traits of the person which make the manager a sustaining one. The best attributes a project manager holds are, having a foresight, organized, leading traits, good in communication, pragmatic, and empathetic
