The ability to communicate effectively is a key leadership competency. The presentation assessment is designed to give students practice in oral communication.
Select a leader ( I have choosed barack Obama ) and prepare a 5 minute presentation by analysing his characteristics and leadership style. Clearly identify what makes them an effective leader. Please focus only about his personality and leadership style. Discuss your conclusion in relation to why the leader has been effective in their particular situation. In summing up the presentation you will make a reflective concluding statement to sum up what leadership means to them in a work situation (no more than 1 minute each).
Support your claims with reference to your research sources.
You must use credible references ( please use only academic journals ) to analyse and discuss your chosen leader.
